Security Deposit pre-authorization
A refundable Security deposit of €300 is payable with the rental amount and will be refunded within seven days of departure.
Security Deposit pre-authorization doesn't require initial retention of the amount but gives authorization for one charge after the check-out if there’s damage on the property.
How does it work?
The pre-authorization gives authorization to temporarily store the card data and the possibility of a one-time charge for the deposit amount in the future.
• 7 days after your check-out the pre-authorization will expire.
What if damage occurs?
• Your host has up to 7 days after the check-out date of your reservation to review for damage.
• During that period if the accommodation terms were broken or the property assets were damaged, your host could charge the deposit amount as a penalty. If 7 days have passed after the check-out, your host won’t be able to charge the amount anymore.
